Monique Hill

With commercial and marketing skills as a project manager, Monique works with clients to identify ways to grow their practices using Catalyst’s cost-effective, full-service marketing programs.

After graduating from Texas Christian University with a BBA and MBA in Marketing, Monique spent the next five years in Chicago working as an account manager covering the Midwest region for Occidental Chemical. She then took a position as a field market development specialist for GE Plastics. She returned to Texas in 2000 to work for GE Silicones and then SABIC Polymershapes, switching from manufacturing sales and marketing to distribution sales and marketing.

Although a first-generation American, Monique considers herself a proud Texan, having spent most of her life in Houston and DFW.

Grew up sailing all sizes of boats, raced in regattas and sailed the Virgin Islands for 10 days

Own an inflatable sailboat that I can take all over the country
Skate in a roller derby and have a roller derby name
Travel to Greece, Australia, Spain, Japan, Thailand, Hawaii and Iceland
