Andrea Gutauskas

Andrea Gutauskas is a Texas native who now calls New Jersey home. She earned her BS in speech-language pathology from Stephen F. Austin State University but soon realized her true passion was helping people through healthcare, which led her into medical device sales shortly after graduation.

From orthopedic trauma to hospital sales and neuroscience pharmaceuticals, Andrea has worked alongside providers and patients, gaining a deep understanding of their perspectives and needs. She is known for building genuine relationships and navigating the often-complex healthcare landscape with ease and empathy.

At Catalyst Healthcare Marketing, Andrea is an Account Manager who helps clients communicate with patients in ways that truly resonate. She oversees client printing needs, manages reputation management, and ensures all projects are executed smoothly. Her ability to bridge clinical expertise with clear, meaningful communication drives her work every day.

When she’s not working, Andrea enjoys watching her son play high school baseball, spending time with her two goldendoodles, and being with her husband.
